What to include[edit]

I think it's best if this template only links to articles about topics that relate specifically to the International Criminal Court. Articles about topics that relate to international criminal law in general are best linked from the international criminal law template; it's wasteful and confusing to repeat everything in the ICL template in this template as well.

For this reason, I've removed Command responsibility from this template. I appreciate that the concept of command responsibility is related to the ICC, but no more closely than human rights, universal jurisdiction, the Lord's Resistance Army, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and hundreds of other topics. If we link to every single article that is in some way related to the ICC, the template will be useless. Sideshow Bob Roberts 01:35, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
