This template provides an external link to the list of languages that have a certain phonetic sound in their phonological inventories on PHOIBLE, a database of the phonological inventories of the world's languages.
Usage[edit]
Enter an IPA symbol (without {{IPA}}) as the first argument.
{{phoible|p}}→ List of languages with [p] on PHOIBLE
Use the second parameter to show a different symbol in lieu of the first argument.
{{phoible|̰|◌̰}}→ List of languages with [◌̰] on PHOIBLE
|text= replaces the IPA symbol in the display.
