This template generates an external link from a persistent identifier for materials within the National Diet Library Digital Collections.

Argument

Link to the Materials of National Diet Library Digital Collections.

Template parameters

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Persistent identifier	1	The persistent identifier assigned to the material. Example The NDL Persistent ID for the material in this example is '888725' and the parameter should be set to '888725', which indicates the material's persistent identifier.	String	required
Material name	2	This parameter specifies the link text generated with the template. It is valid only when 'format' is set to 'external'.	String	suggested
Linking style	format	This parameter specifies the style of link text generated with the template. By default a raw URL will be rendered. This should be set to 'ndlpid' or 'external'.	String	suggested
