Dairy salt[edit]

Butter being salted in 1906

  • ... that the use of dairy salt (pictured) that is impure can have adverse effects upon butter, spoiling its flavor, grain and preservation?

  • Article is new enough, long enough and is free of close paraphrasing issues. The hook is within limits and interesting. QPQ has been satisfied. BTW, should it be "upon" or "on" Alansohn (talk)
  • Either the hook needs to be run without the image, or a new hook containing "(pictured)" needs to be submitted. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 19:44, 29 November 2015 (UTC)
  • To keep it simple, I have modified the hook to by adding "(pictured)" and rewrote a phrase to "that is impure" (from "the use of impure dairy salt"). This is because it would be inaccurate to imply that the dairy salt being used in the image is impure. North America1000 21:55, 29 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the tweak. Alansohn (talk) 22:09, 29 November 2015 (UTC)
