According to a deletion discussion for the Taffy Jones article, Taffy Jones and Herbert Jones are actually the same person. If this is true, then the articles should be merged. What do you think? LinguistAtLarge • Msg 00:05, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

World War I[edit]

The article claims he enlisted in WWI at the age of 15 - which would have been 1911 or 1912, before the war actually started! Does anyone have any sources for this? Giant Snowman 14:20, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

yeah mum (who's the grand daughter and i the great grand daughter of herbert...) said he joined up and lied to get into the army because he was too young, though that could i suppose be a family legend, i am going to check with the war records people see if i can get a date 5M1L3-1T5-C00K13.M0N5T3R (talk) 17:23, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
