New article title

Primary title should be Swiss federal election, 2015 to match prior election titles. "Next" is vague and nonspecific, but might serve as a redirect until "Next" no longer refers to October 2015. --Animalparty-- (talk) 18:09, 15 February 2014 (UTC)

Voting figures in Ticino

Is anyone sufficiently familiar with Swiss politics to know which of the minor lists in Canton Ticino ought to be combined with which of the main party lists? You will see at the linked page that the government website gives the CVP/PPD 20.1%, but the main PPD list is worth only 18.2%, a deficit of 1.9%. None of the minor lists has exactly 1.9%. National Council votes

The number of votes for every party smaller than the BDP is still not recorded on this article. It has been over five months since the election. Certainly the numbers must be complete and public. --1990'sguy (talk) 01:39, 6 April 2016 (UTC)

Results map --> potential error

Concerning the results map, File:National Council of Switzerland 2015 election winner by canton.svg, the canton of Obwalden is shown as having been won by the Christian Social Party. However, Statistik Schweiz shows "Other" having won the canton, while the CSP did not win any seats to the National Council. Is there a reason why Obwalden is shaded "CSP" if the party was not listed as having won the canton according to the Swiss government? --1990'sguy (talk) 04:31, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

The canton was won by the Christian Social Party Obwalden, which sits with the national Christian Social Party in the National Council (this is noted in the link you posted above). Number 57 11:49, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

According to de:Christlichsoziale Partei Obwalden, yes. I realise I made a mistake in my earlier statement, they sit with the CVP, not the CSP, so Obwalden should probably be coloured either the same as the CVP or a different colour entirely. Number 57 21:48, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

OK, thank you for the clarification. Yes, something should probably be changed in that case. I recently edited the en CSP article basically to equate it with the Obwalden party.
