Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because the article is now supported by references and public documents supporting it's existence as a newly-recognized educational institution serving the international community of Chiba, Japan. Please look into how it is re-written: instead of immediately deleting the article, please offer 'specific' suggestions for improvement so that this article may stay with WIKI (and will never be deleted again).
