Comment[edit]

Time to start a discussing site. :]

Someone removed the vs.php language addin? http://www.jcxsoftware.com/jcx/vsphp/home Tell me why this shall be removed, otherwise I add it again, ok? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.183.184.176 (talk) 01:35, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Item removal[edit]

Hi. I'm not certain why some of the add-ins were removed in a previous edit, so I reverted it. If this article is kept (I am currently trying to decide what my opinion on that matter is) then I do not understand why some links should be removed, unless the add-in is simply not noted anywhere other than its own site. Then again, I'll be looking around a bit more for sources, so I will see.  :-) --Iamunknown 08:14, 26 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If this article is to exist, it seems foolish to not include a link to Microsoft's own maintained listing of plug-ins and extensions, which appears to be the most comprehensive on the Net and adds significant research quality to the article. It also serves as a credible reference for tools added to the article itself. If the link is going to be removed, a reason in the edit summary would be reasonable. I think the WP:WTAF edits are made in error. Rather than remove the listed items, the items should be edited so as to remove red-linking. The article itself states "You can help by expanding it with reliably sourced additions" - those additions should not be removed if no article exists; the additions though should not be added in such a way that this page is a list of red links. Page Should be Removed[edit]

Given https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com and how outdated this page is, it should be removed. 96.95.227.49 (talk) 18:17, 11 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
