Image:Hot House Entertainment Logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. In the porn world especially they both get the credit, indeed if the studio didn't create the work then the actor couldn't get the award. - You cannot list the award as won by the studio if it was not won by the studio. This is not difficult to fathom. The studio did not win the award; you cannot say that it won an award which it did not win. To list it here as an award it won is to say it won the award, which it did not. - You are mistaken. See for example Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, it's a studio that lists as part of their accmplishments how many awards its films have won - Its film library has received 208 Academy Awards, one of the largest award winning collections in the world. - You have just made my point: you say it lists how many awards its films have won, not the actors making those films. If an MGM film had won an award, then MGM had won the award. If an MGM actor had won an award, then the actor had won the award. Besides, Hot House Entertainment is no MGM. If a Hot House film has won an award, then HH has won the award; if a HH actor has won an award, then the actor has won an award. - I'm really quite stunned the hold this award seems to have. I have made the point that both the studio and the actor can take credit for an award that they work together to win. Both article can certainly list and your insistence otherwise suggests some other agenda but I have no idea what that is. If the actor has an article we could certainly list it there as well and just as MGM lists awards their many films have received so can Hot House. Benjiboi 03:47, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
- You're stunned? I've expressed in so many ways why we cannot list an award won by an actor in an article about a studio, but you still "seem" uanble to grasp what I'm saying, or you're pretending. MGM may list the awards its films have won, but those are awards won by its films. The award you want to list in this article was not won by the studio or its films, it was won by an actor with the studio for his acting in a film or films. Again, the actor won the award, not the studio. It was an award given to an actor for his acting, not to a studio for what its actors produced. If an award is won by an individual, if it conferred on an individual, than that individual won it, not the organization within whose framework he performed to win the award. - We'll have to agree to disagree. Luckily I've been able to re-confirm that all awards won by a studios filmography is generally bundled together as studio wins. This is standard industry practice in mainstream and porn industry and gay porn industry. Benjiboi 17:33, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
