Importance (?)[edit]

I don't get it. What exactly is this? Is this an University, a college, an institute, a department.....? It is hard to see its importance if no context is given and is no wonder that it has 2 nominations that ended up as "no consensus". As of now, I don't see the importance of this article as an encyclopedic entry, but again, it is hard to tell as the article in question is a little confusing. -- Loukinho (talk) 04:33, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is a joint programme between a University and a municipal authority that appears to be quite an innovative IT intitiative. TerriersFan (talk) 04:36, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you wonder why this "article" exists and why it is written like an advertisement, just look at who wrote it - the ip adress of the main contributor who is spamming other article with links to this page is an ip address of the Fachhochschule Frankfurt/Main, which is the main project participant. What a joke. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.240.253.236 (talk) 21:42, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think, it IS an advertisement. (194.95.82.205 (talk) 15:18, 19 October 2010 (UTC))[reply]
