I know that 3D Realms used to go by the name Apogee Software, their legal name is STILL Apogee Software, Ltd, but that is NOT my point, Apogee Software, LLC is the company behind Duke Nukem Trilogy, they have no relation to 3D Realms, they just licensed their corporate name and logo as well as a bunch of (unspecified)Apogee/3DR franchises including Duke Nukem from 3D Realms. What I am saying is that Apogee Software, Ltd and Apogee Software, LLC are NOT related and the former is neither publishing nor developing Duke Nukem Trilogy while the latter IS publishing it(and possibly also developing it, but that is a a little unclear at this time). Apogee Software is listed as the developer of the games, but nowhere does it actually say that even though it is presumably correct, the Deep Silver press release only uses the word "produced" which might well mean "developed" in this case.. The press release with regards to the Deep Silver deal(available here: http://www.apogeesoftware.com/company.php?page=company/company_history.php)specifically with all this is that the Apogee Software that this article links to does NOT either publish OR develop this game trilogy. A user Pschyjosh had added links to the 3D Realms article to the places where this article mentions Apogee Software LLC, that is incorrect since they are two different companies. Apogee Software LLC is the developer(presumably) and co-publisher of this game, that company is NOT 3D Realms. The legal name of 3D Realms is Apogee Software, Ltd NOT Apogee Software, LLC. LLC != Ltd. They are two different, independent companies. I therefore reverted this change to the page 88.85.52.191 (talk) 16:22, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This game wasn't cancelled! I just bought it in stores today! Can't anybody edit this? (both its page and DN franchise page)
