Requested move 23 March 2017[edit]

The result of the move request was: consensus to move pending AfD I don't see a need to keep this running for another week while the AfD just got relisted. This is a normal move that should have been caught in NPP, and is entirely uncontroversial and there is a consensus to move it if the article survives.
