Rewrite[edit]

I have given this article a rewrite so it conforms with NPOV for DYK promotion. I have tried to retain as much as practical the format and structure of the previous article and information. The rewrite includes considerably more detail in most areas however.

I haven't had time to restore all the references, so I expect to be adding more in coming days, along with additional content. Gatoclass (talk) 17:20, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
