I have reorganized the article to put information about the now-dead organizer of the attack into the same brief section as our mention of the role of the BLA and the names of other participants. This article is about the consulate attack. It makes sense to include brief information with links about those who perpetrated the attack, but not to glorify one of them as a "mastermind."
