I'm not a native English speaker but 100-300 mg/d can't be a "low intake" when recommended maximum dose is one tenth of that. Jfyjkko (talk) 15:28, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Jfyjkko is right This article should be carefully revised in terms of zinc doses reported. As an example the doses of the study on recalcitrant wart refers to zinc sulfate and not elemental zinc. 200 mg of zinc sulfate correspond to 45 mg of zn2+ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.8.119.18 (talk) 12:16, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
