Can we say?

Can we say a yield of equity is equivallent to a dividend yield?
Most companies do not pay out all incomes to shareholders through dividend.
Therefore we had better redefine a yield of equity as earning-price ratio(E/P) rather than dividend yield, I suggest.

Per WP:CAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. Lowercase will match the formatting of related article titles. Tony (talk) 09:50, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
