Converse of Babbage's Theorem

Babbage in the 1819 paper cited for proof of his theorem appeared to state that like Wilson's theorem, his theorem was an "if and only if" statement with respect to primality (please correct me if I have the above wrong) whereas the converse of Wolstenholme's theorem is unproven according to the section of this article titled "Converse of Wolstenholme's theorem". Should we clearly mention the iff nature of Babbage's theorem (assuming the above is correct)? G1729 (talk) 02:33, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
