"Amphitheater (overlooking the water)which books the greatest national bands such as the newest sensation Squish of Portland Oregon." This quote looks like it's either POV (probably copy-pasted), or it's some random band that's doing some "viral marketing", aka wiki-spam. It seems User:72.11.127.221 and User:154.20.26.54 made these edits (The External Link, and the POV text, repectively). Any ideas? Stale Fries 01:37, 2 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and deleted the newest sensation stuff on there.

something should be added about the bands performing there.

Changes

[edit]

I've made a few changes:

  • A guest user had previously edited in some poorly written information about the other parks with the CNL purchase, so I've revised that.
  • I've reorganized most of the paragraphs for easier understanding.
  • I've also updated and added some more citations concerning the Six Flags sale.
  • Added the Amusement Park Infobox template. I live within close proximity of the park, so if I can find time to get there in the summer, I may be able to get an image.
  • I will be soon adding more updated information about the rides.

Seperate Page for Timberhawk

[edit]

Now I tried adding a separate page for the Timberhawk but it was not approved for reasons such as "not being a fit topic for Wikipedia". But it seems it should be fit for a page if Adrenaline peak in Oaks park is. I just need approval on adding the page which I gladly will if need be 4Corry11 (talk) 17:21, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Glitch in The matrix... Opening date 1977 that can't be right

[edit]

Something's very haywire with the opening date and I don't think it's my brain... Back when I was in high school I remember very clearly that the kids were really excited about going to wild Waves. And I was invited to go with them. But it was too expensive for me at that time. This is what I remember. The problem is that I graduated in 1976, so how could the park have opened in 1977? 24.17.129.156 (talk) 18:18, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lumberjack Falls opening date

[edit]

The Thrill Rides section states Lumberjack Falls opened in 1995, but this can't be correct. From several sources I can find, it opened in 2002.
