And Heylin is ... ?

There's a paragraph with two "citation needed" tags that refers to what "Heylin" said, but no clarification I can see as to who "Heylin" is. I am sure the reference is not to any of the Heylins or Heylyns mentioned in Wikipedia: Heylin. Clarifying this might even lead to knowing how to provide appropriate citations. ¿? --Haruo (talk) 17:41, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
