Date of Death: June 11th or 14th?

[edit]

In the lead of this article, Walter III's date of death was stated as 14 June 1205. Near the end of the article, it says "Walter died of his wounds soon afterwards,[7] on 11 June 1205.[11]" So, when did Walter III die? 11 or 14? Was he mortally wounded on the 11th, dying eventually on the 14th? Or was one of the dates wrong? Please clarify. Thanks. --PFHLai (talk) 23:02, 13 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Neither Perry or Mitchell give 11th or 14th of June as the date of his death. Mitchell states Walter was assassinated in June 1205. --Kansas Bear (talk) 23:31, 13 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, Kansas Bear, for checking and removing the iffy dates from the article so quickly. --PFHLai (talk) 23:39, 13 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome. --Kansas Bear (talk) 23:45, 13 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
