I'm pretty certain that WEC 54 will not be the Phoenix card. WEC 52 is expected to take place on November 7 and it is highly unlikely that they would host another event in the six weeks between that event and the Phoenix event on December 16. They never had three events in a six weeks span.Ppt1973 (talk)
