Odd that their fates are unknown. A few minor comments:

• struck from the register
  • Good catch
• Both designs were based
  • Fixed
• suggest linking the displacement measurements in the body (long tons, t)
  • Done
• put the upper crew range in the infobox?
  • Done
• link knots/kn in body and infobox
  • Done
• the secondary battery is not in the infobox
  • Good catch
• you could put the deck armor in the infobox
  • Done
• yearlong→year-long as a compound adjective
  • Done
