Adding images of the artist's own artwork

Tom Van Sant created this image known as "The Earth from Space", as can be verified here in this link to the image.

However - the copyright filters on wikipedia won't let you add his images to his page - because as a contributor to wikipedia, I don't own the rights to the image. But it is the artist's own work.

How to fix this?
