- No, talk pages are to discuss ARTICLES, not their subjects. Some forums would be appropriate places to discuss the vehicle itself. That said, sometimes it might seem that the subject itself is discussed in talk pages in Wikipedia, but this is often a part of the discussion on the article (e.g. establishing facts to be included etc.) I just wanted to make that clear to you, I am going to respond to the rest as soon as I get some sleep.
