Source?
[edit]I was about to fix up this article and there is a problem. Some of the sources read: "Pitcher, David. Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk."
This looks like original research, added by an IP user (see diff), and not from a reliable secondary source. What to do? Prune?
