hang on[edit]

Hello administrators, thank you for giving me the opportunity to assert the notability of this article. I created this stub article based on the rules from [[1]].

reliability the article explains how this company is involved in a real estate in WA. the sources are verifiable and I have properly referenced them in the article using footnotes. the sources are independent and comes from newspapers.

sources the sources are reliable and independent as they come from government urls such as the abc.net.au and the federal government sources http://www.dbcde.gov.au/ and major newspaper e.g. watoday.com.au.

Independent of the subject the sources speak for themselves as they can be critical of the firm.

Significant coverage As many new suburbs in WA and Victoria are developed, its very difficult to trace the history. The suburbs themselves have made it into wikipedia. Hence this article will add that depth of information of who developed those suburbs. The suburbs are included in the see also section in the article. Visik (talk) 09:22, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article is a basic stub. Its like Stockland and Lend Lease Group. But Stockland and Lend Lease Group are major firms and they are national and there isn't enough articles on smaller companies articles which contribute to land development in Australia.

This article doesn't have any promo or advertising material. Its a simple stub to fill in gap in the real estate information for Western Australia.Visik (talk) 09:26, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

thank you[edit]

Thank you to the administrators for saving this article. Hopefully this article will fill the gap and help provide comprehensive coverage of the housing industry in Australia as only the major companies are covered. Therefore having only major companies covered doesn't give it a fair and balanced view of the overall housing industry in Australia.Visik (talk) 01:32, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
