A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND OTHER OFFICIALS HAVING JURISDICTION IN THE PREMISES TO PERMIT CHARLES B. SAMPSON TO EXTEND THE MARKING SYSTEM OF THE SAMPSON TRAIL OVER ALL ROADS IN THE STATE OF IDAHO WHERE SUCH MARKING SYSTEM MAY BE USED WITHOUT VIOLATING FEDERAL ACTS AND REGULATIONS.

WHEREAS, Charles B. Passed Senate, February 16, 1933.

Why is this so important?

[edit]

It is incomprehensible to me that this is of top importance? Doesn't such an assessment need justification? Where could I find such justification? DCDuring —Preceding signed but undated comment was added at 22:24, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
