Controversies

[edit]

There has been a lot written in the controversies section. There is one line, "He used all his contacts in the government and navy to push the business of his son" which I think would benefit from some sort of reference material.

Till we do get some quality sources to confirm the veracity of these claims, wouldn't it be prudent to remove such claims from this page?--VP101 (talk) 16:12, 25 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A Huge Pile of Incorrect & Assumed Information

[edit]

The Later Life of Admiral Nanda has been written with a flavor of bias with phases like " fated to suffer both disrepute and personal tragedy during the last decade of his life" - while there is no factual representation of the same. Information about his son's and grandson's controversies have occupied a major chunk in the biography which needs to be rechecked. The controversies section have no citations which are not relevant in any form to the content actually written - for example:

1) "Nanda's reputation was tarnished by the involvement of his family in several high-profile controversies" 2) "He used all his contacts in the government and navy to push the business of his son." 3) "His funeral was not as well attended as his naval career mandated due to the involvement of his family in controversial cases" Prof Pandaa (talk) 08:47, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
