It is unfortunate that, in differentiating it from 'River Arrow, Worcestershire', this River Arrow should be labelled as 'River Arrow, Wales' since the greater part of its length is in fact in England. Though it rises in Powys (Wales), it continues through Herefordshire (England) and might better appear as 'River Arrow, Powys/Herefordshire' or perhaps as 'River Arrow, Kington' - the latter suggestion as this is the largest town through which it flows.
