Overall Article[edit]

The entry includes a behavior section but it doesn’t talk about larval or adult sociality and how they interact within or between the groups which would enhance this section. I would be curious to learn about how they interact or communicate with one another. Overall, it looks great! However, I notice that there are two sections with missing article. Suggestions[edit]

Fantastic work on this! Here is a handful of things I noticed when reading the article.

Most occurrences of "the Rivacindela hudsoni" would read better without the definite article "the" when writing about the species generally. E.g. "The first life stage of ~~the~~ Rivacindela hudsoni is its egg form." An exception would be where a particular set of individuals are studied, like "the R. hudsoni were observed".
In some sections, "Rivacindela hudsoni" is repeated a fair bit. Consider substituting "R. hudsoni" or a phrase like "the beetle", "the larva" or even a pronoun. It's hard to see the patterns when you're the original author, so it's fine to leave them for a fresh pair of eyes to tweak. E.g.:
- "Like all insects, the Rivacindela hudsoni has three tagmata in its adult form."
- "Like all insects, R. hudsoni has three tagmata in its adult form."
- "Like all insects, the beetle has three tagmata in its adult form."
- "Like all insects, the adult form has three tagmata."
- "Like all insects, its adult form has three tagmata."
In some sections (e.g. Thermoregulation, Reproduction), the references seem to be about other species or about tiger beetles in general. If you're inferring characteristics or behaviour from related species, then this should be stated explicitly.
Wikipedia biology articles tend to use headings Description, Distribution, Habitat. But if I stumbled across an article that correctly uses more technical and precise terms such as Morphology, Faunistics, I wouldn't go out of my way to change it. Vive le difference.
Naked, directly-formatted citations are allowed, but consider the option of using {{tl|Citation}}-series templates like {{tl|Cite journal}}. The extra structure they add could be useful for machine extraction of citations from Wikipedia.

Hi! I really enjoyed reading this article. I thought the hook in the introduction paragraph about this species being the fastest running insect was very effective! I particularly enjoyed the "Feeding", "Flightlessness", and "Larval Hunting" subsections! Overall, here are some of my suggestions for the article:

There are many citations missing throughout this article. I noted the following have missing citations: The end of the "Geographic Distribution" section, the entire "Biology" subsection, the last two sentences in the "Larva" subsection, the last sentence in the "Feeding" subsection, the last three sentences in the "Predation" subsection, and most of the "Flightlessness" subsection.
This article could use a few more images. The "Appearance" section in particular would benefit the most from an image, but the "Geographic Distribution" section would also benefit from a map of some sort.

And here a brief description of the edits I have made:

In the "Geographic Distribution" section, I changed "biodiverse indicators" to "biodiversity indicators".
I renamed the "Faunistics" section "Habitat" and moved to directly after the "Geographic Distribution" section.
I moved the "Larva diet" subsection to the "Laval Hunting" subsection.

This article looks great! I made a few spelling modifications, and replaced a few words with synonyms that sounded more professional. I think some more information could be added to this article. For example, why these beetles are called tiger beetles? If I had to guess, it would be due to their aggressive behavior and fast speed that you mentioned, though this should be verified from a different source. Also, is the fast speed an adaptive trait? And finally, if it's so widespread, does it have environmental significance, and if so, should population management be controlled for? I edited a few things in this article. There was a lot of organizational issues that made it a bit harder to read. I reorganized them to remove redundancies and make it flow better. A lot of things had their own section when they could be simplified in far fewer. Furthermore, I edited some grammatical/spelling/punctuation issues.
