Image copyright problem with Image:Javier2.jpg

The image Image:Javier2.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Mazurka

We don't have ranchera mazurka in Mexico. All songs in 6/8 come from Spain, not Central Europe. There is a mazurka rhythm used in Mexican folk music, but not in canción ranchera. --Opus88888 (talk) 07:13, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
