so please have a look at: http://www.c*ledge.com/learn-more-about/personalization-1/personalization

this content is provided by Frank Piller - frequently quoted in The Financial Times, The Economist, and Business Week, amongst others, he is regarded as one of the leading experts in the fields of mpersonalization !! and he is the founder and chair of the 'The World Congress on Mass Customization and Personalization'

so it's 100% neutral and 100% accurate!

and there is definately no marketing company involved. anyone who says that: please prove your allegations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.245.193.114 (talkcontribs) 13:55, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

The edits in question were made from IP 80.245.193.114 which resolves to artifex, an Austrian communications (marketing) company. The only edits made by that IP involve promoting one Austrian company via an article (now deleted) and through direct external links to the company's web site. This is an approach often used to drive web traffic and improve page ranking in search engines and is consistent with marketing activity. Wikipedia policy strongly discourages this type of self-interest editing. These types edits are not done for the benefit of the encyclopedia and its readers, but for the presumed benefit of a commercial organization. JonHarder 02:05, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

– This page seems to be attracting a lot of content that promotes commercial services. Please do not advertise. If you wish to use an example of personalisation by a commercial company, it is not necessary to name them, nor to express a gushingly positive opinion about it.Tolleranza 11:53, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

- Somehow this page is very-confusing. Maybe we should clear it out, and say Personalization for web-pages, or software, OR list it as AFD. --பராசக்தி 22:49, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

- OMG this is the most spammed page I ever seen. I'm correcting this right now. Please stop doing that! Is disgusting. Don't you understand?! People HATE SPAM! If you put some links what you'll get is people avoiding it a any cost. - HavokCR —Preceding undated comment was added at 22:52, 27 September 2008 (UTC).
