AfC acceptance[edit]

WP:GNG does appear to be met. Declining over WP:NOTNEWS is potentially controversial because crimes spanned 13 years and cited coverage spans two years. This was high-profile so WP:NCRIME is likely met. Declining for WP:EVENTCRIT or proposing that Pamapuria should be expanded are not on solid footing.
