İ've translated this out of the French for your consideration, it's at WP:PNT at the moment. Having done so, it seems patently apparent she is not notable. No corresponding article in FR:WP that I could find. I have a suspicion this is self-sourced because the French content was added in on 10 November by User talk:LaTulipe28128: "La Tulipe" is the racing nickname of Ongaro. There are some links, but only from DABs etc. We could just revert to before the tenth, but if we don't know about something, we should say so. i.e. redlink it. Especially because it is a BLP, probably self-sourced. My ghits are mostly pics for her as a pin-up girl, and I admit I wouldn't throw her out of bed for eating cream crackers, but that does not make her notable.
