At the following section:

"[...]the National Audiovisual Council decided to diminish the remaining timespan of the broadcast licence of OTV at that time to half of its length, meaning that OTV would have had to end its broadcast on 28 September 2012. Diaconescu claimed[...]"

Add the follwing text (in bold):

"[...]the National Audiovisual Council decided to diminish the remaining timespan of the broadcast licence of OTV at that time to half of its length, meaning that OTV would have had to end its broadcast on 28 September 2012. Around the same time, OTV's parent company, "Ocram Television", was declared to be insolvent by the Bucharest Court. Diaconescu claimed[...]"
