I don't agree with merging it with that particular emoticon. Tisane talk/stalk 20:32, 14 June 2010 (UTC) apologies, i meant merged with Nihilistic. Darkstar1st (talk) 23:31, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proper structuring of article[edit]

Should be that this is a phrase used by two academics and then describe what each of them says. Also note the phrase has been used in other ways as well. See books google search. So it is wrong to give the idea it is one developed ideology and/or one shared by a lot of people, some of whom use it as a smear. But I do think it would be better as a section under nihilism. I would voice disagreement with what you say, but what would be the point? Nothing matters anyway. But you're free to do as you like; I won't stop you. Tisane talk/stalk 02:16, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
which situationism did you mean, i see 3? Darkstar1st (talk) 04:19, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Google Scholar is your friend. It's my friend too, but given the limited time available for working on articles, my strategy is often just to look up topics on it as a basis of establishing notability rather than actually contributing meaningful prose or even prose that I understand well enough to disambiguate; for instance, I myself don't really understand any of those forms of situationism. Tisane talk/stalk 14:32, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, why are we still debating "proper structuring of article"? We should've moved beyond that by now; nihilistic libertarianism is poststructuralist. Tisane talk/stalk 14:32, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In accordance with IAD, I'm going to go ahead and unwatch this page too.[edit]

Is this term actually used by sources?[edit]

I haven't checked all the sources, so I don't know if this is the case, but from a quick scan it isn't obvious that they actually use the terms 'nihilistic libertarianism' or 'libertarian nihilism'. This term seems to be a neologism; articles on such terms must pass the notability guideline in their own right. If there aren't sufficient sources that discuss the term, it may be deleted as original research. Robofish (talk) 17:37, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also agree. Will redirect to libertarianism and if anyone wants to throw in some ref'd info there, they can do so - after the lock comes off. CarolMooreDC (talk) 09:21, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
