Plot summary

[edit]

This is just a verbatim copy of the blurb. Sorry for removing it without putting anything in its place, but given that it seems like this would be copyright infringement I felt that was the best course of action... Once I've finished reading NW I'll try and summarise the plot in my own words if the section remains blank. WikitorrensT 13:52, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Just a minor point, but I would like to point out that the interaction between Felix and the two men on the Underground train (which leads to Felix´s death) on pp. 167-8
"Felix inadvertently slights the men in his efforts to get them to turn down their music."
does not accurately reflect the events in the novel.
Felix asks one of the men to move his feet, so that a pregnant lady can sit down. The verbal exchange between Felix and the lady begins "Sorry, could you ask your friend to move his feet?" Neither the lady, nor Felix, mention music at any point. Richard Move (talk) 08:33, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
