Fantasy Sequences[edit]

I had thought that the claim that Miyazaki diected the fantasy sequence was a rumour, where is there documentation for that claim?Finite 20:35, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

New article maybe?[edit]

Someone had recently inserted into this article some {{animanga}} infobox templates, which pretty much messed up the format/look of this article. Though I agree that that information is pertinent to this article, I don't believe it belongs here. More likely, a new article is required as this article focuses primarily on the movie from Studio Ghibli. If there are no objections to this, I will create a new article, and move the infoboxes there. (I won't really be adding to the page's content though since I don't know anything about the manga, etc. I've only seen the movie.) If the creation of a new article happens, I hope that the users will be able to contribute to it. Thanks. --Miss Ethereal 17:14, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think it needs to be in another article to, but I as well have only seen the movie and do not know much about the comic. So I guess it could be moved to another article and see if anyone takes it up from there. --Alus 06:49, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have split all film content to a new article - Whisper of the Heart (film). kollision (talk) 08:00, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(trying to figure out infobox problem)[edit]

Whisper of the Heart
Whisper of the Heart

Whisper of the Heart (耳をすませば, Mimi wo Sumaseba, literally If You Listen Closely) is an anime feature film produced by Studio Ghibli

Yeah, do you know how to fix it so the Contents box isn't pushed all the way to the bottom? And how to get rid of the "|- |- |- |- |- |}" on the top of the page? I tried looking for it, but didn't see it anywhere in the markup page... Applejaxs 14:39, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It has already been fixed, was an assumed vandalism at first. Now that I read your message it seems to have been a mistake Rgoodermote 18:09, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Song translation[edit]

I have my doubts about the translation of the song... Where does the "la la la la" come from? If we want a translation, we need it thoroughly checked.

I also think that it starts to clutter the article, so it might be better if the translation of the song is split of to a separate article. Shinobu 13:26, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Aren't song lyrics copyrighted?[edit]

The lyrics of "Country Road" are written on this page in roma-ji, but I believe the lyrics are copyrighted by its creators and don't belong here. I'll be bold and delete the whole section. If you have any comments on this, let me know. --朝彦 (Asahiko) 15:32, 5 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

vandalism, and I can't find how it was done[edit]

No kidding "|- |- |- |- |- |}" is in the article, but it is a pain to find, it is no where in the history and when you edit it is not there...I have checked if I was cached and I have not been looking at cached version..can some one help me in finding out how it is occurring Rgoodermote 18:55, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've found where it shows up but I don't know how to fix it. It shows up here: [[1]]. Compare it with the previous edit and you'll see it shows up after the infobox animanga was added.. Applejaxs 19:19, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well now we know where the problem is and how it got there, now how to get rid of it...I wonder if there is a barnstar for most frustrating vandal edit? Rgoodermote 21:37, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think I fixed it... someone had moved the various infobox templates ever so slightly, and it created the problem. Sneaky... --Kyoko 21:59, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I have been here looking at the code for a while and didn't even notice it. Hm vandalism is starting to get smarter, could be a problem in the future. Rgoodermote 22:29, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah...imagine needing to do this for EVERY vandalism problem.....Crazy. But at least this page is fixed now! Applejaxs 23:46, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It should be said that this might not have been vandalism at all, but rather the result of someone who was unfamiliar with adding multiple infoboxes to an article. --Kyoko 16:19, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That could be and when I look at the IP that did the mistake..it has no prior warnings. I think I was wrong in assuming it was vandalism. Rgoodermote 22:18, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
