1. Under the Companies section:
SpaceX is listed as donating StarLinks, but according to https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/spacex-curbed-ukraines-use-starlink-internet-drones-company-president-2023-02-09/ these were not meant as military, but humanitarian, aid. SpaceX claims to have enforced their use to solely humanitarian.
Philip Morris is listed as having donated 500 000 cigarettes. Cigarettes are not military aid.
Amazon is listed as having "Pledged $10 million in aid; using its logistics capability for supplies and cybersecurity expertise.", which also is not military aid.
Please remove them from the list.
2. In the map, several islands that belong to countries that have given aid are grey. Among these, some have a sort of self-governance. A majority don't have military forces or equipment of their own though, and if they do they are part of their country's forces. Military issues are handled at a national level. They should be marked according to their donor countries' aid.
Some examples: The Faroe Islands (Denmark), The Falkland Islands (United Kingdom), New Caledonia (France), Puerto Rico (United States), British Virgin Islands (United Kingdom), Guadeloupe (France), Dutch Caribbean (The Netherlands), and Cayman Islands (United Kingdom).

template. -Lemonaka 22:37, 28 May 2023 (UTC)- Did you miss Amazon and Philip Morris?
- SpaceX: It still is not military aid.
- It seems likely those three companies are added to give them credit, not to list donors of _military_ aid.
- I don't know how to arrange to reach a vote on Wikipedia, but that method seems good. 94.255.240.124 (talk) 07:00, 4 June 2023 (UTC)
- Using Starlink for troops to communicate is definietly a military aid, even if they don't want to call it that way. Borysk5 (talk) 13:16, 5 June 2023 (UTC)
Article needs to be repaired
[edit]We need volunteers to repair the damage caused by Uwdwadafsainainawinfi after this editor's copyright violations and removing properly sourced contents. At the same time, we need to preserve new military aid announcements from the past few weeks. Anyone interested? OhanaUnitedTalk page 13:13, 1 June 2023 (UTC)

Request for addition for Ireland
[edit]Sentence "30 Irish soldiers will participate in training of Ukrainian Armed Forces in demining and clearing ordnance [From May 2023 onwards]." should be updated to reflect that the training includes basic weapons training and leadership.
I suggest rewording as "30 Irish soldiers will participate in training of Ukrainian Armed Forces in basic military skills, leadership training, drill instructor training, combat medicine, demining and explosive disposal. [From Apr 2023 onwards]"
The training is from April and not May. In Apr, mine clearance training was provided in Cyprus. In Jun, combat medic training provided to 51 Ukrainian soldiers in Germany.
I attach the following articles https://www.ukrinform.net/rubric-ato/3751236-ireland-to-provide-training-for-ukrainian-military.html https://www.rte.ie/news/2023/0820/1400682-neutrality/ https://www.thejournal.ie/ukraine-army-training-irish-defence-forces-neutrality-6146360-Aug2023/ https://www.thejournal.ie/irish-troops-eu-ukraine-eumam-6000801-Feb2023/ https://www.irishtimes.com/ireland/2023/08/18/irish-troops-to-provide-weapons-training-to-ukraine-despite-governments-non-lethal-assistance-pledge/ https://www.irishtimes.com/ireland/2023/07/11/irish-combat-medics-return-from-training-ukrainian-troops-in-germany/
The two Irish Times articles refer to mine clearance equipment. Ireland has two Aardvark mine clearance vehicles which it is considering sending. Perhaps add a "Engineering equipment" section to mention this. Finestat (talk) 18:23, 21 August 2023 (UTC)

List of military aid to Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian War → Military aid to Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian War – The current list format is limiting. The article itself has to try working around it (see section "Military aid planning"). It would make much more sense to write a mostly prose article with lists added in as needed. HappyWith (talk) 19:53, 8 October 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. Jenks24 (talk) 09:36, 25 October 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. — Amakuru (talk) 17:12, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
- You would lose a vast majority of the information if you altered the formatting of the article so radically. Some of the national aid efforts is either to numerous or small for a non list summarisation to be viable or necessary, The US and Colombia as respective examples. I believe the change being proposed would be a massive misstep for the preservation of information. A separate article on the chronology of foreign aid being approved and the political situations which has allowed and constrained the donation of military aid makes more sense and wouldn't be at the expense of the information in the current article. Panzerpampfpony (talk) 03:24, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- Then would a WP:SPLIT be better? HappyWith (talk) 18:34, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- It would depend, I believe there should absolutely be an exhaustive list of every nation's military aid to Ukraine, having the US, German, Australian etc contributions be on different articles makes no sense. Panzerpampfpony (talk) 20:35, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
- Then would a WP:SPLIT be better? HappyWith (talk) 18:34, 9 October 2023 (UTC)

The companies section is a little misleading. First of all, Spacex did not support Ukraine out of goodwill, but received federal funds from the United States. Spacex under Elon Musk also sabotaged multiple Ukrainian missions, which also resulted in personnel loss. 103.210.202.135 (talk) 15:24, 28 January 2024 (UTC)

They did crowd funding in the UK to buy 101 tracked armored British vehicles, and I don't think I see it listed. It also doesn't list exactly how much of which, just that they're all from the CVR(T) family, and the total number. And the last update I can find says that 24 were delivered last year, but not anything more recent. Source. Harizotoh9 (talk) 21:25, 20 February 2024 (UTC)

The French ministry of the armed forces have published an official list (link to the list : https://www.defense.gouv.fr/en/news/french-military-equipment-delivered-ukraine ) of military equipment sent to Ukraine between the 24th February 2022 and the 31th December 2023 so we now have a better idea of the military equipment sent by France. I suggest a number of change to take into account these information.
- Change "2 227mm LRU MLRS" to "4 227mm LRU MLRS"
- Not done I am not seeing this in the source. It says "Unitary Rocket Launcher: 4" but that's too vague to pertain clearly to this specific stat. * Pppery * it has begun... 22:52, 20 May 2024 (UTC)

- Change "Unknown number of MO-120 RT heavy mortars." to "10 MO-120 RT heavy mortars."
- Change "30 to 40 AMX-10 RCR" to "38 AMX-10 RC"
- Change "~60 VABs" to "250 VABs"
- Change "Renault TRM 10000 Trucks" to "10 Renault TRM 10000 ACH Fuel Trucks"
- Change "Renault GBC 180 all-terrain 6X6 cargo trucks" to "6 Renault GBC 180 all-terrain 6X6 cargo trucks"

- Change "Unknown number of Ground Master 200 radars" to "1 Ground Master 200 radar"

Aid provided
[edit]Under "aid provided" I see this: Philip Morris International; Donated 500,000 packs of cigarettes to the Ukrainian military; 1 March 2022
I mean, seriously, since when is this aid? I would rather call it an attempt, an abuse, to get more people hooked on their product!
Also it would be nice if we could see money-wise which part of all the "aid" was truly given, which part came through lend-lease, and which part also gave an economic impulse to the economy or business of the so-called "beneficiary".

Azerbaijan does not sends military aid to Ukraine - https://tass.com/world/1716465. It should be removed from the list of countries which send aid. 118.232.26.49 (talk) 13:19, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
