Example question[edit]

Instead of "oral loan w/o witnesses + claimed payment", a better case should be chosen. After all, even if there are witnesses, Jewish law accepts a claimed payment in the case of an oral loan (see Bavli Ksuvos 18a "קי"ל המלוה את חבירו בעדים א"צ לפרעו בעדים").
