Picture

[edit]

Can someone add a picture from her? ThanksWasp-1992 (talk) 22:27, 4 April 2016 (UTC) Wasp-1992 (talk) 22:27, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's a matter of finding a picture that has the proper licensing to be used on wiki. The best bet is to attend a GNR show and take a picture and upload yourself. See WP:FIT for more info.

Birthday

[edit]

Anyone know it?--Jimi Henderson (talk) 23:14, 22 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi this is not Melissa Reese's birthday and needs to be taken down. MusicManager888 (talk) 00:34, 4 July 2017 (UTC) MusicManager888[reply]

Melissa Reese is 29 years old. Below is a publicized source. The incorrect Birthday needs to be taken down or switched to the correct birthday Which is 3/1/90 [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by MusicManager888 (talkcontribs) 08:40, 19 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not 40

[edit]

She was 25 in 2016, should be 33 now

Last time I checked a couple of weeks ago she was 33. Who changed it to 40? 2A02:C7C:8E5F:5A00:D2A:37FA:728E:71A3 (talk) 12:41, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Under Discography section, add a new section, "Guns N' Roses" Hard Skool (EP) listed under. 76.167.210.181 (talk) 02:05, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I think you also link reliable sources, but am unsure.

Could Melissa's own bio be a reliable source for this: https://www.melissareesemusic.com/about? Technically, I'd say she's on the record, since there's also the 2 live performances of Don't Cry & You're Crazy that were from the Not in This Lifetime Tour. 76.167.210.181 (talk) 04:16, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done I found this source confirming that she is on the EP and added it to the body of the article, as well as the new discography section. Thanks for your patience on this request. Jamedeus (talk) 22:18, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much! 76.167.210.181 (talk) 05:56, 13 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Melissa graduated high school in 2001. Erroneous age is all over the internet.

[edit]

I'm assuming she hid her real age due to career opportunities/Hollywood stigma etc. But since she is now well-known + this is Wikipedia, we should probably be truthful, regardless of her intentions.

The only source I can find so far is this yearbook photo from 2001. She had to have been either 17 or 18 here; thus, she is over 40. I just can't find any other reliable sources quite yet: https://ibb.co/ByjnWW9 Xanarki (talk) 17:40, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

And here's an additional source. She is mentioned in this festival program guide from 2001, page 80: https://objects.lib.uidaho.edu/jazzfest/jazzfest115.pdf
Maybe if a reliable source or something else which points to her birth year, and not simply grad year, would justify a change to the article. Xanarki (talk) 17:57, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
