Article references should be nested within <ref></ref> tags directly after specific statements of fact in the article body that are being sourced to them; they should not be simply added directly to the "References" section.

They also shouldn't be added directly to "External links"; the ELs section on an MP's article should contain only their own website and their profile on Parliament's. Articles about them in media should be cited as references, through the format noted above, not just added as external links.
