Merge with Europe[edit]

Well since nobody's already discussed this, i don't really think merging is necessary, if this article is going to be improved...--Lord Snoeckx 17:03, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. I don't think it should be merged with Europe. The maritime nature of Europe has not changed. The article seems to be more about the changing nature of the European Union. As it stands, I think the article could be deleted. If it is expanded, it would, presumably be in the direction of geopolitical and strategic considerations, in which case it could be merged with an appropriate sub-article of European Union. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Boson (talk • contribs) 21:39, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
