Luxim's technology is revolutionary and could radically change the lighting industry. Their electrodless lamp is a significant improvement on ALL existing lighting technologies. Competition includes LED lighting by companies such as Phillips and GE. LED lighting is 1/2 as efficient as Luxim's LIFI technology. To light one street lamp today generates the equivilant carbon emissions of driving a small car 15,000 miles per year. Switching to a LIFI lamp would reduce the carbon emissions by 30-50%. Multiply that by the millions of streets lamps worldwide and the carbon emission reductions would by huge. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Climber rich (talkcontribs)

I have removed the speedy deletion tag. However, the article still needs some work, a few more reliable sources to demonstrate notability would be nice. Also, the article is a bit too sympathetic to the company's point of view and reads a bit like an add, I will remove the promotional content, please do not re-add. Thanks for your work! Sorry your first article had to get tagged for deletion so soon. Icewedge (talk) 04:41, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the input. I didn't realize that I was appearing to be an advocate. I'll also add more reliable sources --Climber rich (talk) 05:57, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I found [1] where it says that in a test series 3 of 12 breaks. // Liftarn (talk)
