This name is probably not correct[edit]

I think this article should be titled "Whitewater Formation" and should be described as a formation in Indiana and Ohio. See G.P. Wahlman (1992). "Middle and Upper Ordovician symmetrical univalved mollusks (Monoplacophora and Bellerophontina) of the Cincinnati Arch region". Geological Survey Professional Paper: O18. doi:10.3133/PP1066O. ISSN 0096-0446. Wikidata Q61047072.. That article suggests that formation previously named as Whitewater Formation in Kentucky have been renamed Bull Fork Formation. Requested move below. @Trilotat: the article for the Bull Fork Formation already exists and has an image. Given that this article has no content, shouldn't it simply be made a redirect to that one? Also no-one reads these stub talk pages so you're very unlikely to get a response from anyone other than me, so it's best to be bold and simply just move/merge the articles. @Hemiauchenia: Posted reply on my talk page because I could use some teaching on "move/merge". Trilotat (talk) 17:54, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
