There are several sentences in the 'Nitrogen Leaching' section that require citations to the statistics presented. And expansion of the soil section would be beneficial to the overall strength of the article Barrier Reefs (talk) 16:16, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is an informative article. There are a few minor things that need to be added such as an external link and the wikipedia education foundation banner in the talk page. There are also a few awkward sentence structures some of which I have fixed except for the following:

-..."50% greater than from natural sources such as soils and oceans"

I have made a few edits such as linking words in the article (biocides, nitrogen, nitrate) and I have made minor grammar edits.

Other than these changes, the only other significant change would be to expand the soil section and add a picture to the article.

I have also linked your page to the article on Soil. Anthro100 (talk) 16:35, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think Leaching is an interesting topic in Environment and Agriculture. If you can add more related information, that would be better. The section of "soil" only has one sentence??!! Maybe you can refer to other wikipedia page about it. Such as Acid Rain Effect and leaching in rainforest.

Or you can discuss leaching by pros and cons. I think show the figure of leaching in different areas or countries should be useful.

I like the first part of your page. You explain what is "leaching" kind of clear.yxiao2424 (talk) 15:06, 27 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
