I have a picture which I can add, but there is not much to see from the ground. The real immpressive view is from the aerial pictures, by following a coords link. There also might be some old illustrations with expired copyrights I could use. Found an interesting article, http://www.hawaiialive.org/topics.php?sub=Early+Hawaiian+Society&Subtopic=112 that describes Holua. I do think that "Olakahiki" is a mistake, since every reference I find calls the games "Makahiki", which would mean "in the way of tahiti" roughly, the "new years" season when the games were held.
