Image[edit]

Tried to upload an image for this (Robot self-portrait found on Jon Foster's site at the url http://www.jonfoster.com/illustration%20images/illustration%20images1%20copy/self_portrait_5.gif) but rejected both gif and jpg. I am new to this, does anyone know what's wrong?

I thought about going to his website to get an image but I do not think that taking an image off his website meets Wikipedia's standards regarding copyright laws. I contacted Jon Foster through e-mail about 3 weeks ago to ask him if he could provide me with an image and never got a response. NezzerX 16:35, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you are looking to upload an image. I suggest downloading it to your computer first. Then upload it to the Wikipedia server by clicking on "Upload file" in the "Toolbox" that is located under the search box on the left hand side of the Wikipedia website. NezzerX 16:35, 10 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
