Article name

[edit]

Why did we change it from John Campbell (California politician) to John B. T. Campbell III? No one calls him by the latter name. The guidelines for naming prefer using a qualifier to using an unusual name. See Wikipedia:Naming conventions (people):

  • Adding middle names, or their abbreviations, merely for disambiguation purposes (that is: if this format of the name is not the commonly used one to refer to this person): not advised.

Was there a problem with the previous article name? -Will Beback · · 06:33, 4 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Baby Killer

[edit]

I took out the section on him being accused of shouting "baby killer" during the final vote on health care reform. The guy who did it has confessed: Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.123.133.47 (talk) 21:09, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I removed it as well. There is no citation for it. --Tom (talk) 21:49, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

2010 Mail Piece

[edit]

This part is, first, irrelevant, and , second, opinion. It needs to be removed instantly. It was clearly written by his opponent or a supporter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Raszoo (talkcontribs) 06:42, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sequence of the sections under U.S. House of Representatives

[edit]

Shouldn't the section about him being elected precede the sections about Committee assignments, Party leadership and Caucus membership? Bro rick (talk) 14:19, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

need your vote every time!!!

[edit]

If your not going to vote with the party, why not leave office now--we need every vote — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.94.182.121 (talk) 21:39, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
