Never was Press Secretary for any president[edit]

J. Leonard Reinsch was never Truman's press secretary. Truman Library - J. Leonard Reinsch interview (Sections 47-53). If there are no objections, I will begin removing references of his placement as Press secretary in a few days.Ljmajer (talk) 21:17, 1 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

After doing extensive research into the Truman administration for a thesis paper, I concur with Ljmajer. Reinsch assisted with press relations briefly during the transition from Roosevelt to Truman after the latter assumed office, and was a consultant to the administration who helped Truman hone his radio speeches, but he never served as press secretary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.36.157.245 (talk) 19:39, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
